Shimmer Polish Kim

I have another gorgeous Shimmer Polish to show you!  This one is named Kim and it's described as a blue purple mixed glitter polish, with a large variety of colored glitters.  I have been very impressed with all the Shimmer Polishes I have worn and reviewed.  They have all been consistent in quality and formula and chalk full of glittery awesomeness.

Kim is a gorgeous blend of blue and purple glitters (I see a few shade variations in there - fuchsia, teal, aqua) in a clear base.  Kim applied beautifully, no curling or clumping, just perfectly flat glitters that spread out nicely.  I used 2 coats of Kim layered over 2 coats of Illamasqua Phallic - an indigo blue with blue shimmer.  I used a coat of Gelous and then a layer of topcoat for smoothness and shine.

You can shop for Kim and other beautiful polishes in the etsy store.  Be sure to follow the blog Shimmer Polish and the facebook page to keep up to date on new releases and specials.  There is currently a special for 15% off your order with the code FACEBOOK - it ends on 10/28.   Shimmer Polish is also available at Overall Beauty.  Happy shopping!

    1. Oh there is so much more involved to it Jenn! Lots of glitter doesn't hold up well in the special clear base so there is lengthy testing of all products that go into making a polish.
